General Policy
As VISITPRO 50 is a digital download product, once the files have been successfully downloaded, we are generally unable to offer a refund. This is consistent with standard digital goods policy under Indian consumer protection guidelines for digital products.
Exceptions — We Will Help You
- ✓Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
- ✓Payment deducted but no download: If your payment was captured but you never received access to the download, contact us — we will either provide access or refund.
- ✓Technical failure: If the files are genuinely corrupted or unreadable, contact us with details and we will resolve it.
How to Request a Refund
